My journey of recovery to pain freedom, increased mobility and a more active lifestyle started when I met Dr. Nathans and Dr. Thompson in Summer 2022

I suffered low back pain a lot growing up after a fall and continuing to be active in dance for years, which was hard on my back and neck. I had been to chiropractors my whole life that helped but was always temporary. I was never pain free.

Then, when I had my son in 2020, I learned of a new pain.. SI joint pain and anterior pelvic instability. I went to an orthopedic doctor and those joints had terrible degenerative changes and was borderline unstable on imaging. I could barely walk for the entire 3rd trimester of pregnancy and 3 months after delivery and still experienced severe pain for 2 years (until I met Dr Nathans!)

My worry was that I would not be able to not support another pregnancy without severe pain and pelvic instability.

I started consistently going to Dr. Nathans and Dr. Thompson on the schedule the recommended for me. They listened and provide appropriate feedback and accommodated any concerns or hesitations with adjustments. I gradually noticed improvement that I had never had before.

I sit here now having welcomed our new baby girl! I amazingly went my entire second pregnancy feeling great. I owe this all to Dr. Nathans, Dr. Thompson and his amazing team of staff for professional treatment and the best chiropractic care I’ve ever had!

Had my first visit this week and it was great! I was a bit anxious at first and I really appreciated how patient the staff was with me. From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone was so kind and helpful. I especially appreciated not feeling rushed when I was trying to recall information to share. That meant more than anything since I’ve been struggling with brain fog and memory. Physically, I haven’t noticed a huge change yet. Woke up with a headache again this morning. That said, I know it’s a process and it’s going to take some time so I’m looking forward to continuing treatment.

We’ve been going to Nathans Family chiropractic for years. Dr Alan Nathan is the best chiropractor in town. He is gentle and knows where the problem areas are. I have no fear when he adjusts me or my family. We go in there knowing we will be walking out aligned!

Very welcoming! Super nice staff. Very informative too. Never knew what was wrong with my lower back/ hip area until they showed me my xrays and informed me of what is going on. Other chiropractors will say yeah you are They explained that after each adjustment it will move back to where your muscles are used to but little by little it will go back to where is supposed to be.
